Ok Guys, I need Your Suggestions on this one. I created this one in my free time. This is not final yet. How can i make it better is a question. I am waiting For Your suggestions and inputs.

Hey Sumit its nice, I think his eyes needs to be more prominent, they r dead, make them live. Feels like he ain't be using much of his eyes than his nose n mouth...

1.the face looks like derived from an ape so u can try some ref from ape skull etc.. the lips are nice, but the eyes need to be a more part of it.. i mean... connected to the face.. they seem placed
2.The ears. basically animal and human ears are designed that way like a cup to pick up maximum sounds frm the env, so try to pick up the best design given by nature...vary the cup shape or size.. enjoy1
3.Muscles.. i cannot see any facial muscles connecting underneath the skin.. u can also include nerves, muscles, fibres, wrinkles etc
4.Everything seems disconnected from each other.. the lips.. the eyes face.. try to think and sketch more abt it..
